The diversified minerals and renewable energy solutions company, Exxaro Resources is proud to announce that at this year’s Global ESG Investing Awards, the mining giant was ranked second place among eight companies, under the Best Sustainability Reporting: Metals and Mining category.

The ESG Reporting Awards 2022 are the only awards devoted to assessing the best listed companies in sustainability and climate-related reporting. In assessing entries for each category, the judges examined each company’s reporting policy, methodology, and effectiveness of communication, and clarity and transparency in reporting.

Global ESG practices and standards encourage companies to communicate their success to their stakeholders. As such, the ESG Investing Awards create a competitive and transparent forum for companies to compare and celebrate their ESG improvement and performance.
